 Pam is the Founder and Principal of Venne Group, in the area of Senior Executive Development-Executive Coaching.  She is a proven counselor and coach with over 13 years in the consulting industry. Her counseling/consulting skills were initially honed from 17 years as a human resource executive with experience in both large (Fortune 50) and smaller privately held companies.

Client coaching assignments have included individuals at all levels including top executives from high profile companies in industries such as high tech, telecom, manufacturing, service, healthcare, distribution and aviation.

As a coach and consultant she has helped hundreds of individuals perform more effectively and professionally by:

  • positioning themselves for promotion (succession planning)
  • refining their leadership excellence
  • learning and implementing more effective management/leadership styles
  • improving their interpersonal skills
  • addressing mission critical objectives

Pam holds a Bachelor's degree from North Central College, a Masters in Counseling from Amber University, and has her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification. She has been an active participant at both the local and national levels of human resource organizations and served as president for the local career management association from 2000-2002. Currently Pam is serving on the national board of ACPInternational. She has been quoted in coaching articles published across the country.
