Welcome to the
Dallas/ Ft. Worth Chapter
website of the
Association of Career Professionals International.
The ACP International is the professional association for individuals working in
the field of Career Management.
Some
ACP International
members are affiliated with national and
international career management and outplacement firms. Others work
independently or are affiliated with local and regional career management and
outplacement firms. Here in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area, many of our Members
represent organizations from the Community that we serve and related
professional organizations, as well.
We are proud to have received recognition over the years
for our innovation, membership growth, community events and leadership within
the Organization. We were selected Chapter of the Year in 1995.
Many of our former Presidents have gone on to serve at the
National and International Board levels, including the current USA National
Board President, Taunee Besson.
We are one of
16 chapters in cities throughout the United
States. The USA National Board attends to the needs of over 1,000 Members.
ACP International members are career counselors, professional and personal
coaches, trainers, career center managers, and others committed to advancing
their expertise in empowering organizations and individuals in the successful
management of careers in the changing world of work.
